Hexa Sort: Pixel Puzzle is a puzzle game published by dural games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, who it is shared with, and what choices you have.
We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name, email address or phone number. We never see that information.
The app and the third-party services listed below may automatically receive:
None of this identifies you by name.
Your progress and preferences are saved locally: completed levels, coin balance, lives, items bought with real money, the number of rewarded ads watched today, and your sound, music, vibration and language settings. This stays on your device, is not uploaded to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Because purchases are recorded only on your device, uninstalling the app or changing device will not carry them over.
We do not sell your personal information.
The app sells coins and lives. All payments are processed by Google Play. We never see, receive or store your card number, billing address or any other payment details.
When a purchase completes, Google Play returns a receipt to the app containing the product identifier and an order identifier. The app uses it only to unlock what you bought. Google Play also makes order records available to us in the Play Console for accounting and support; those records are held by Google under its own policy.
Refunds and payment disputes are handled by Google Play, not by us.
The app also offers optional rewarded ads that grant lives. Watching one is always your choice and the game is fully playable without it.

This game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
We do not operate our own servers or databases. Any data described above is held by the third-party services listed, for the periods stated in their own policies. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data about you, and to object to its processing. Because we do not hold this data ourselves, requests are best directed to the service in question using the links above — or contact us and we will help.
If we change what the app collects, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the date at the top will change.
